FIT class is a coach-led, 28 minute total body workout, and focuses on power, strength, endurance and cardio, and utilizes top of the line equipment and training strategies, with a primary focus on form, technique, and safety. Each class has an 8 person maximum, and each exercise can be modified for those of all ability levels.

Strong Class is a hour long, coach-led, small group High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that focuses on cardio, strength, power, and endurance and then continued with weight, agility and core training. We use a large variety of top of the line equipment and provide quality programming for people of ALL fitness levels. Each class begins with a dynamic warm up, created by Master Strength and Conditioning Coach Bennie Wylie, followed by a 5 minute cool down and stretching. Class meets 5 times per week, with multiple class times daily, Monday through Friday.
