28 Min HIIT Class - Strength And Conditioning - Mobility Training - 5k to Marathon Training
Coach-led, 28-minute total body workout, and focuses on power, strength, endurance and cardio, and utilizes top of the line equipment and training strategies, with a primary focus on form, technique, and safety. Each class has an 8-person maximum, and each exercise can be modified for those of ALL FITNESS LEVELS! Great class for toning, strengthening, mobility, and weight loss.
Customized programming based upon your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, athletic training, or getting stronger, all coached and monitored by certified coaches at The LAB.
