  Coach-led, 28 minute total body workout, and focuses on power, strength, endurance and cardio, and utilizes top of the line equipment and training strategies, with a primary focus on form, technique, and safety. Each class has an 8 person maximum, and each exercise can be modified for those of ALL FITNESS LEVELS Great Class for toning, strengthening, mobility, and weight loss
