FIT class is a coach-led, 28 minute total body workout, and focuses on power, strength, endurance and cardio, and utilizes top of the line equipment and training strategies, with a primary focus on form, technique, and safety. Each class has an 8 person maximum, and each exercise can be modified for those of all ability levels.

The Strong membership consists of a customized program based upon your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, athletic training, or just getting stronger, all coached and monitored by the coaches at The LAB.
